I'm out of the loop but how come Israel is in Eurovision? I'm mostly sure they're not on the European continent. Is that normal?
They have been for a while, and there are a lot of non-European nations that are part of it. Australia is a consistent member, and in the past they have had places like Bangladesh, India, Japan, Syria, and Kazakhstan.

I also find it strange that they make a report for a rule violation and not, you know, just make a comment calling it out.
