They have been for a while, and there are a lot of non-European nations that are part of it. Australia is a consistent member, and in the past they have had places like Bangladesh, India, Japan, Syria, and Kazakhstan.
The why call it Eurovision? I just can't take them serious
Because the EU wishes it was the One World Government and is still salty their colonies told them to fuck off.
Maybe it started as a European unification thing and has since expanded
Comment Reported for: Rule 12 - Disinformation
Not what I expected to check for disinformation, but okay.
Turns out there is a list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_in_the_Eurovision_Song_Contest
Australia and Israel appeared, but apparently Bangladesh, India, Japan, Syria and Kazakhstan have not.
Maybe you are misremembering something?
Perhaps, or they only showed up once and I misremembered.
I also find it strange that they make a report for a rule violation and not, you know, just make a comment calling it out.
