Trump's efforts to deal with these bulwarks of left-radical insanity weren't nearly enough. I'm surprised it took this long, too be honest. A decade ago, they were already pully fire alarms and throwing things to shut down conservative events. Either things simmered down between now and then or we got so used to low-level violence that we forgot about it until it ramped up.
