the dude can say "i hate white people, i want to kill, rape, rob and genocide them all." and they still wont say its a hate crime lol. And if they do, theyll victim blame (ie she was probably typing MAGA stuff) or blame white males.
same with islam.. they can say the same exact thing and it wont be a hate crime or hate speech.
Worse yet, they will automatically classify such behavior as indicative of mental illness. So it becomes impossible for blacks to commit hate crimes because murdering someone is “crazy”.
Unless you’re white, in which case you are never crazy, only evil/bigoted.
