You go to Dubai in an Armani suit and gold/diamond-studded crucifix and mahogany prayer beads, they're gonna smile and nod and properly practice taqqiyya. They wouldn't respect you or your religion, but they would at least respect your wealth enough to put on a show.
Of course, if you want to get spat upon and screamed at by randoms in the street, you can just go to Chicago, you don't need to go all the way to Isreal.

The rest of the Islamic world will put up with you as a dirty, savage, inferior, pretending to be human as long as you know your place, shut your mouth, and mind your manners. Treating Kufar as inferior doesn't make Muslims look bad, they just know that they want your money and they want more Useful Idiots to come give them money tomorrow.
