He was a competent artist. He’s just not blessed with much imagination. Even this thing is animation is very reliant on key art from the game manual. Left to his own devices, his idea of biting satire is to have a black lesbian kick a white woman while shouting “lesbian kick!” There was nothing in his mind besides a pastiche of liberal talking points and pent up anger.
His cringey whiteknight revenge-fantasy comic was borderline Chris-chan tier (just with better art as you said.)
Speaking of which, the op drawing looks exactly like that creepy photo of chris and his gf.
It looks like Dobson is trying to develop an anonymous portfolio so that he can get a job before his parents die, and then use any reputation he builds up to shield himself from criticism if he does get his real identity openly exposed.
