I typed that thinking it would save money, but then realized it would cost 98 thousand dollars for a one topping pizza if it was made by the government.
Restaurants are staffed by wagies and/or illegals. Any cost savings would be eliminated if they had to be paid a government salary + benefits, along with given a security clearance that could haunt them later.
That, and if you had someone running a kitchen/restaurant inside the Pentagroin, that person would 1) have to run a 24/7/365 operation and 2) they and their staff would be invaluable sources of info about what was going on.

It's easy to check pizzas for any surprises. It'd be a logistical headache to check every raw ingredient and vouch the vendors you buy them from.
