I don't get the hell on earth concept here.
This is just stupid infrastructure problems from stupid leftist policies.
The "socialist (Democrat) utopia" of Blue States are in fact hell holes. This is example #37.
"Everyone HAS TO drive EVs. Zero emission! Not even a hybrid is allowed!"
Then they make it impossible to keep your EV charged. Thus impossible to live a normal life. That's the plan, it isn't a mistake.
Fair enough, my brain erased the fact that California had that zero emission mandate because it was so stupid.
