So it seems to be 'total Chinese students allowed to be present'. That would indeed mean that it is being doubled. And universities love it because they make a lot of money from it, but in Europe this has been an unmitigated disaster - at least for the population, though the rulers don't care about the population.
Leftist universities pimping our student space to the most expensive students is actually what radicalized me because I was in competition for a just below ivy school and got passed up for diversity. Went to the military and then forced the government to pay for a private college and my masters in retribution.
The most disgusting thing about this is that a large chunk of those students pay with money from American citizens' pensions that have been invested in phony companies in China.
