No. If you'd rather be kind than right, you are permissively allowing evil to thrive.
They don't know what being kind means. Being kind is tough love, not unconditional acceptance of any behaviour. That's enabling, aiding and abetting, or even incitement.
"Be kind" really means "shut up and do what we say"
