Trying to conquer? Even with infinite money and weapons, Ukraine is soundly losing this war. The only thing that can save them is western boots on the ground, and that’s not going to happen (because it would instantly trigger WW3). Believe it or not, the whole world isn’t going to march into oblivion for one super corrupt fake nation. So the war is lost, the land is lost, and the only remaining questions are “how much land” and “how many Ukrainians have to die”.

What people? The people who point out obvious hypocrites and bad faith actors? Do you think OP actually gives a fuck about the Ukrainian constitution? They're just saying words that they think will get points.
While we're not understanding things, I can't understand how you can blame Ukraine for not giving up and not blame Russia for continuing aggression. I would guess that you're just being tribal and reactionary - reddit and libtards love Ukraine so you have to love Russia. Same thing happens with Israel and Palestine.
Ukraine fired the first shot in this conflict when they started shelling the eastern provinces indiscriminately. It's not conquest - it's a case of a smaller nation asking a bigger one for help. Look at the battlefield lines of the Ukraine conflict.
So Ukraine just started shelling for no reason, and now Russia is going in getting a million of their own guys killed and alienating themselves from the entire western world to selflessly rescue a fledgling micro nation? They're on a humanitarian crusade, is that it?
