What happens if she refuses to pay as it's unlikely she'll ever work as a nurse again (she seems to have gone on to be a freelance journalist)?
Do licensing bodies have any power to deputize civil courts & government ministries to compel collection of large awards on their behalf? Can a lower court judge simply sign an order to garnish the funds directly out of her bank account (like the pozzed Ontario Human Rights Commissions did to the Emo, ON mayor over Pride BS)? Can not paying the fine have administrative penalties such as inability to renew a driver's license ?

The Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms is a pretty small, solely individual donor supported, right-leaning, pro bono constitutional rights charity in Canada.
I would imagine they probably defended her case pro bono, but I doubt they have the resources to actually pay out her 100k penalty.
The JCCF has a lot of informal overlap with Ezra Levant, Rebel News & The Democracy Fund (which is Ezra's smaller & scammier pro bono legal outfit arising from COVID).
Levant never covers costs himself, he just does a lot of cringe e-begging.
