Adopting a 'kill'em all' policy will help.
You will need the same group of guys to kill them all. Without such a tight knit group you stand zero chance.
That's why Americans invest in the tech tree to increase our K/D ratio, and vehemently oppose any patch that would remove this strategy, in Minecraft.
The actual problem is the people who with a scheme deliberately imported what is very clearly an incompatible culture and the egalitarian supporters who are literally too stupid to understand that different cultures are indeed different and sometimes violently incompatible. If you want to deal with a problem, deal with the root causes.
