You ask that question as if I just finished interrogating them.
I'm surprised that you can divine from such a distance that people you don't know are "secretly loyal" to another country. I don't start with the presupposition that Jews are bad, so I don't. They stay in a third world basketcase country where they're second class citizens, instead of moving to Israel. Sounds pretty damn loyal to me.
They live in an Islamic state, so there's one religion that gets promoted above theirs. They need to have their (I believe) privately funded Jewish schools, rather than the public Islamic ones. They can't work in most government jobs.
Relatively small potatoes. But the fact that they stay there despite this speaks volumes. Also, they wouldn't be treated so well if they were traitors as you suggest.
Israel is as basketcase as it gets. Iran is comparatively sane.
Maybe to neighboring countries, but not for its own population. Especially economically.

How do you know that Jews in Iran are mistreated? Israel is as basketcase as it gets. Iran is comparatively sane.
