Obviously, but given 100 wells, someone traveling to all of them, fixing them, in a matter of days/weeks and then reporting back, not exactly a big issue. Additionally the locals should be maintaining them, and do it gratefully rather than complaining. Reminds me of people asking me to fix their PC, only to blame me for the next issue, even if it happens over a year later.

This could also be so. My first thought was manufactured drama. Aka advertising, in case you forgot or didn't know he built those wells.
If it took 15 min of maintenance, then the locals should be doing it. Especially if their lives depend on it.

It's a big if. The 15 minutes of maintenance is a completely made up figure by the user you responded to
