There is no simple way to fix thing simply by drawing arbitrary lines along age, tax status, ownership, or family status. Especially since many existing problems still occur when none of those topics relate to younger groups and instead come from the older ones who keep going and making things worse for others while living in gated communities detached from reality.

Many towns are almost entirely owned by either rich out of state boomers, corporations, or overseas Chinese/Indian/whatever groups. To the point where alternatives are basically non existent if you didn't buy it decades ago (and they likely muscled most of those guys out too), and they can afford to just price raise out any undesirables (or flood it with Section 8s to milk government funding). Almost all of these groups would be Left voting, even if their tenants are entirely Right wing.
Not to mention if we make it a thing, that gives them more motivation than just money to abuse that. Soros alone can afford to buy out half of multiple red states just to remove their votes from mattering, and that's just one of the many NWO Lefties trying to control us. Suddenly it'll be in their best interest to disenfranchise every Red state through sheer money power, not only removing our ability to vote for ourselves but then also outright killing us via real estate exploitation (price out the dirty whites, flood the area with pet immigrants).
It was a great idea when there was nearly infinite land ready for the settling and taking, and it was a mark of a strong man to do so. But now its absolutely going to be used against us unless we solve a lot of other problems first.

They are increasing their voting power by literally removing large swaths of their opposition from voting period. They wouldn't even need the nodamic or illegals anymore, they could just make their own vote count for more by removing millions through sheer power of money.
They could literally turn a town into a fiefdom by selling a single house to a stooge of their choosing to be the only voting capable individual in the local elections. Repeat it across dozens and control counties and even up to entire States.
Your proposal removes one problem and opens another one if we do not solve the issues with our current housing problems beforehand. Its jumping in without consideration of the consequences. We could simply remove the illegals and make government assistance a disqualifier for voting and accomplish much the same without the side effect of disenfranchising just as much of our own side.
But back to the subject, I think that representative democracy as it was seen in the 20th century has run its course. I don't see why political voting should be considered a natural human inalienable right.
