Don't forget the part where it misclassifies 20 year old accounts as minors because the algorithm was coded by jeets. I'd suggest using FreeTube for many reasons, including this one.
Newpipe is an option for those on Android.
From my experience Newpipe can't play age restricted videos and those that have a stupid warning pop up at the beginning.
