Very few of them have the mental illness that makes them believe they're in the 'wrong body'. Many of them are just perverts who are taking advantage of the situation to act our their perversions in public without consequence. But most of them are sociopaths who are taking advantage of the situation because it's an easy way to gain power over others. Whatever sexual gratification they have from being in the woman's room is ancillary, what they're really getting off of is imposing themselves on others.
This is something I had a (civil) discussion with a very old WoW raid friend about concerning rape. I just can't fathom the point of rape being about power, compared to sexual gratification, since I consider power more about physically dominating and hurting someone. I can't put getting off into the equation at all. I also have not been sexually abused at all, and so don't have a disturbed and distorted view of sex generally.
Witnessing all this tranny-invasion into any and every space possible has been pretty illuminating into that mindset. Forums, work places, friend groups, bathrooms, churches, entertainment; all of it just being about "you can't stop me, me big monkey."
