I'm not proposing a rule. I'm saying he offers nothing of value. Tell me how the discussion here would've improved if he was able to post here for they past months he has been banned.

I don't actually. Maybe he does show bad faith in discussions (it's hard to expect otherwise given his massive blind spots), but in my opinion, he has always tried to follow the rules - which others flout.
He obviously hasn't, since he got banned. Do you think the same about Bluestorm or haterjuiced?
He tries. He's just not good at it. I know that from personal experience.
Ok, how about Haterjuiced? He tried and was good at it. The only reason he got banned wss because of meta stuff or Bluestorm who was just dumb and didn't like us shitting on joggers, why was he banned again?
