In point of fact, whether or not I live in a moral nation that punishes wickedness effects me personally quite a lot.
But that isn't what they mean, of course. What they mean is what their master the devil means, do what thou wilt.
I once again have to note that the full line is:
They're clearly harming.
It never does harm none. That's the rub.
Between that, the inherent abdication of duty that comes with it, and the denial that behavior has any strictures beyond the subjective definition of a victim, you have the fundamental dishonesty behind leftism.
God has many laws. Many of those things have no "victim", but they exist because those things offend Him.
