I think I said on the Donald too, it's the condescending gaslighting that is REALLY pissing MAGA off.
If they just said "we can't release them because it would prejudice any court case" we'd be pissed for a while but later accept it. This just reads as bad as ALL the shit the left shouts at us for a decade because they can't justify their actions.
Even that line wouldn’t fly. The “prejudiced” court case has been shown to be a complete joke in recent history. They go out of their way to prejudice juries now.

The complete and immediate change of tone for so many of them just reads as "I'm now a skin suit puppet for higher powers" to most people who already don't think Epstein didn't kill himself.

Absolutely. Like, I could believe a lot of reasons for them not being able to release it. They would be infuriating reasons, but still existing enough to accept that it stopped it from happening.
But with Bondi acting like she had them on her desk, then flipping to say it never existed, and everyone involved doing this huge about face on it, is absolutely mindboggling.
Its such a bad lie that its hard to accept that they want us to accept it, and it isn't malicious compliance from someone pulling the strings. Not that that excuses any of it, but its just that badly done that its hard to accept it as direct.
