At this point, I've actually kind of changed my mind on licenses and judicial elections. I say mandate judicial elections and ban the requirements of law licenses to practice law because the bar associations are fully criminal at this point. I'd rather just have random people start trying cases than preserving the legal institutions which are explicitly determined to impoverish us and/or kill us for ideological reasons alone.
Remember that years ago the Canadian Bar Associations required all of their members to make an anti-racist oath that explicitly required the attorneys to admit they were racist, and had engaged in racial discrimination and prejudice in the oath. It required that all attorneys in Canada made out-of-court records of admission of criminal misconduct. The purpose was to keep the attorney's in line by permanently holding a sword of Damocles over their heads.
Precisely why I've come to the conclusion that we abolish them. They demand an ideological loyalty test to practice law, meaning that there is no representation for dissidents.
