Well, unfortunately our "entertanment" is just the same as yours, which is why I've been fasting from it for a while. What I've seen is mostly Jews be roasted. Look at Mort in Family Guy or Wolowitz in Big Bang Theory. It's not exactly a walking advertisement for Jews. If anyone else did it, you might say: wow, these shows created by Italians constantly mock Italians, not that they insert themselves into it.

I'm from the area of the world where "we built a new house behind our parents house to start our family" is a multigenerational norm, and my wife's family (Northwesterners) are painfully stuck together even after marriage. So maybe its not the Jews responsible for the idea of it (it was mostly a throwaway observation from me), but its not as universal the media they write makes it seem.
