Iran must have the best scientists in history to have rebuilt their nuclear program that fast.
My bad for being unclear/wrong, he said that this was the case at the time they bombed Iran unprovoked.
Although I'm sure the claim will be resurrected at any time that they want to bomb again.
Pre-emptive attacks are self defense now

At the time of the attack, there were arguments that this is not even a pre-emptive attack (which is when you forestall an imminent attack), but rather a preventative attack, which violates all sorts of interstate norms.
It wasn't even an attack at all! We're not at war! It was just a little friendly bombing between friends.
