Picked a man, but increase the chest slider? Now he's got Pamela Anderson boobs. Was hoping the chest slider would make me look like I bench press and don't subsist on a diet of soy latte's, but no, it gives you literal man-boobies
Same with hips, etc. You cannot make your male character not look like a faggot. You can't make him look masculine. The best you can do is like a metrosexual dude who is merely not fat and has a tiny amount of lean muscle like a runner. Those are your choices, metrosexual runner build, fat, skinny or tranny.
By sharing anything in the playtest I risk being banned from all future EA playtests. I know that's a horrific fate to not be able to play EA slop for free in the future, but by golly I'm going to risk it.
This is the first time I'm actually playing the game. I had a survey about two months ago that asked me what I thought of the default character models. Yeah, I let them know what I thought, not that it'll make a difference. I'll try to share the screenshots of those character models tomorrow, I think I still have them in my screenshot folder.
I'm not kidding when I say it's essentially impossible to make your character look like a white male. Every eye type and skin shade makes your character look Asian at the most.
Yeah, the fake and gay messaging in AAA games isn't going anywhere. They will try to hide some of it behind menus and avoid being conspicuous about it on social media, but they aren't giving it up.
The question is: how will normies respond? Will they just ignore it and accept the slop or will they actually recoil?
Pretty sure most normies are going to recoil at the male chest slider giving your male character tits instead of pecs. Normies could be fooled by choosing a female body and then, for some godforsaken reason, picking male or NoNbInArY pronouns. I don't think making it this blatant is going to fly under the radar.
I would agree with you, but Saints Row beat them to the punch over a decade ago and no one batted an eye. Though, times were different then.
The original Saints Row games did it as a tongue-in-cheek gesture, but today's games are doing it on purpose to push The Message on to the "modern audience".
It kind of seems like a toss-up whether normies will accept it or not.

That's how I played the original. Just tried to find the highest place on the map to launch myself from.
