If criminals go free, they're going to hurt more innocents anyway. You're mistaken if you think more innocent people are going to be incarcerated than criminals in japan.
Maybe you should work on your OWN trauma of being falsely accused in whatever country and realise this is a different country.
I mean if the police let me in on beating the criminals, I'd join but unfortunately I was mugged while overseas in Europe so I don't even know if they caught the fucker.

Also, good job jumping from "charged" to "incarcerated" now that its necessary for your argument. I saw that, and you aren't slick. Going to jail isn't the only bad thing that can happen to you, its why we have such sayings as "the process is the punishment." Of which being charged is all you need.
My perspective isn't the one rooted in emotional damage and demanding daddy government be allowed to brutalize people because it might improve things. I've also been literally stabbed in a domestic violence incident, but somehow I managed to not let that change what is right.

No, you said "if they let me!" That's the important part there. You need permission from them to go do it, while arguing they shouldn't need permission themselves. You want them to break the law and are gleeful they do so because it might help something, while you need them to come tell you its okay and allowed for you to join in.

I actually think victims should be allowed to beat their perpertrators and this should be an actual law. Murder victim families should be allowed to throw the switch or inject the poison into the murderer, people who got mugged or robbed should get to beat the robber. No apologies for this. Why should we prioritise the welfare of the crminal
Civilization is a thin veneer. I've seen what happens to the civilised nations right now and frankly, we'd have been better off letting cops beat criminals. Why don't you ask yourself whether you think the streets are safer now that criminals have so much rights or back when they were afraid of cops.
