We've pretty much done this. They have California, which is a criminal state and the other side has Texas, which is booming so much that they are moving there in droves.
Texas is a purple faggot factory that's teetering on blue. All the population centers are controlled by joggers and spics who are looting the coffers. It's disgusting.
