It doesn't match the screenshot. It says there are 30 police employees responsible, but it sounds like sex is only one of several types of corruption.
It also only describes one example of a woman banging a criminal and nothing about the criminal being underage. There are not photos of the officers or the criminals either.
You thinking fake news from a demoralizer account? Someone in the replies said it wasn't grooming gangs either. I think that is the correct screenshot, in that the opening is the same, but the video is broken for me so I can't confirm if that's where her pictures came from.
While attempting to reverse image search, I couldn't find those exact pictures but I found other English articles on the story. The final link appears to be the original source, but it is paywalled.

Another good catch, it just says it was gangs.
