No. It is a reference to the letter Tolkien wrote to the Nazi's when he refused to allow them to translate The Hobbit into German, and was him slapping them in the face as they also inquired about how "Aryan" he was due to his German heritage.
I would have thought people on this sub would know about that considering how important Tolkien and his works are to a lot of the discussions here. But then again, maybe not.

You know what else Tolkien also said? He also said he was against South Africa's aparthaid (and look at the mess that South Africa is in now that Aparthaid is gone) and he was also grappling about the fact that he made evil races in his story. He thought his own story was problematic for having evil races like orcs. So i wouldn't exactly take his takes on race seriously at all.
