A lot of them also showed their own asses in jumping on the "America was never great" wagon and hoping the nation burns and that we lose. Because apparently they hate Jews more than they love America.
Frankly, I am fine leaving them in the dust. There has been plenty of evidence showing that as a matter of fact, this will do absolutely nothing but the most cosmetic of damage to the MAGA movement, and only among people that it is probably better were jettisoned anyway.
Meanwhile, I got everything I wanted. Iran has been shown to be an absolute paper tiger that is incapable of actually doing anything (I still remember being told such a strike would be impossible because their air defense network was so "advanced"), the terrorist groups in the Middle East have been rendered to the past tense with only scant remnants barking like chihuahuas, America once again considered a credible threat when we say "Try it and see what happens", and all without an American so much as even getting a hang nail for their troubles. Damn, I'm still not tired of winning.

No. It is a reference to the letter Tolkien wrote to the Nazi's when he refused to allow them to translate The Hobbit into German, and was him slapping them in the face as they also inquired about how "Aryan" he was due to his German heritage.
I would have thought people on this sub would know about that considering how important Tolkien and his works are to a lot of the discussions here. But then again, maybe not.
