The CIA installed a puppet leader (his father) twice.
The puppet was so out of step with muslims in the middle east - Iran was the only country with diplomatic ties to Israel.
I think the only reason this thread was upvoted (outside of hur dur jew botters), is the fact that people didn't know the CIA propped up his dad.
That's a real problem if we're gonna talk honestly about regime change.
