I honestly think this is less to do with AI than she's clearly mentally ill. If it wasn't chatgpt, it'd be some chat site or simping too hard for a random famous person.
We have TOO many mentally unwell people and the fact that in an example of another case where the AI tried to give crisis management, shows it isn't necessarily the tech, just WE'RE broken.
There are real reasons these ideas exist, but barely anyone who gets involved with them approaches it with any skepticism at all, or even the understanding that you've actually got to dig and learn if you want to understand why the practices developed, and how they actually work.
