Someone apparently used an AI to put a verbal quote and department seal on paper.
The days of using AZ Quotes have gone the way of the dinosaur.

The thing is, the quote is correct. She really did say that. I have no idea why the seal would be AI generated. The actual seal is available as a png from the ODNI website and it doesn't look much like that thing.
Because it's a poorly made AI image. A year ago the tell was six fingers, today the obvious tells are misspellings and the shitty fucking sepia filter on everything.
or the fact things all melt together like some acid abomination. AI is cancer bordering on full-blown AIDS.
