From what I heard, a lot of that original decision was a result of the agricultural secretary who is DEEP in the pockets of giant food industry companies. RFK Jr has overwritten her a lot.
Between this and Israel vs Iran, he's gotten enough grassroots push back that he needs to look at firing a few people giving him awful advice.

Once again, Trump has shown his biggest weakness is his ability to pick people, but he's done much better than previous, and he seems to be properly listening (or at least our guys are being aggressive).
There is definitely a lot of infighting within Trump's cabinet at the moment. I sincerely hope that our guys win out over the vipers whispering in his ear, at least on the base's immediate concerns.
Considering the globalist conspirators and regressive leftists have been nothing but a direct threat to Trump's reputation, he REALLY should consider doing what his supporters ask him to and wipe them out domestically for anti-corruption/anti-sedition/counter-terrorist reasons.
Good. I hate the idea that because you have been here illegally for May years you are somehow exempt. Especially considering you probably avoided taxes and were paid under the table. Very unfair.
And just because and industry heavily relies on these workers, doesn't mean they should continue to operate this way. Make them adjust and hire Americans or change their service. Hotels can do simple things like less frequent room cleanings and still survive.
I'm honestly at the point where I'm ok with just watching entire industries collapse as part of the process of this all getting fixed. Oh the hotel industry is built on foreign slaves? Guess we won't have hotels and tourism for the next 20 years or whatever. Not going to lose any sleep over it.

Prices will change. Cruises will be relatively more affordable compared to hotels/vacations (Cruises use low wage foreigners too)

It could produce huge profits for John Deere, New Holland and other farm equipment manufacturers because they have implemented a great deal of automation into their equipment that reduces the need for field workers. Stepping up deportations will force farmers to upgrade equipment to this new technology. Many farms use temporary visa workers in a legitimate way and those farmers should not face illegitimate competition
