Good. I hate the idea that because you have been here illegally for May years you are somehow exempt. Especially considering you probably avoided taxes and were paid under the table. Very unfair.
And just because and industry heavily relies on these workers, doesn't mean they should continue to operate this way. Make them adjust and hire Americans or change their service. Hotels can do simple things like less frequent room cleanings and still survive.
I'm honestly at the point where I'm ok with just watching entire industries collapse as part of the process of this all getting fixed. Oh the hotel industry is built on foreign slaves? Guess we won't have hotels and tourism for the next 20 years or whatever. Not going to lose any sleep over it.

True. But that's not going to happen the businesses will just adapt like they always do.
Prices will change. Cruises will be relatively more affordable compared to hotels/vacations (Cruises use low wage foreigners too)
