In working class areas of the UK - they arrest the kid (for being drunk). Because of the institutional fear of arresting <religion of peace>
And then the police and social services labele them as "prostitutes" that "want it".
Anyone who has said this deserves time with the parents alone, preferably bound and with no consequences for the parents. That's all I'm gonna say to not fedpost too hard.

In many cases it's true, just because they're minors doesn't mean they should be treated as innocent, they're fucking evil and no amount of suffering is enough to make up for their sins.

Why do you defend underage whores? A minor having sex underage is by definition a child molester and should be treated as such.
