Maybe Peddit's algorithm fuckery. There's no way that's organic if it's the front page.
Playing Reddit's Advocate. Considering how they've chased away the sane from actively using the site, that could be a legit front page to their userbase.
It's both legitimate because that's how they legitimately think and fake because virtually everything on Reddit is staged and fake and has been for well over a decade.
I mean it's a bit more like reddit is a huge leftwing propaganda site, so I wouldn't be surprised that on a propaganda day it's full of propaganda.

Nah, we know from the election that democrats have discords with the goal to vote manipulate reddit posts.
all the local subs are flooded with it, so even if you unsub all the stuff that's usually political you still see it pop up.
