Now from this point on they're going to blame every incident on "The Proud Boys" and "January 6-ers".

These people will mass execute most of their own neighbors under "suspicion of being a January 6th Insurrectionist" should they ever get into a position of power.

Ever since Charlottesville they've blamed every incident on whatever flavor of "alt-right" was recently in the news. Every single thing that makes them look bad is a right winger hiding in the crowd provoking something, and it seems J6 just gave them a forever name for it finally.

Ironically, Charlottesville has some of the largest evidence of actually being one of those false flag plants if any, considering the huge amount of suspicion around its existence.

I would say just the opposite with Charlottesville. That shit snuck up on both the Left and the government, and the level of direct interpersonal violence that was ongoing in Charlottesville shows me that it probably wasn't mostly fed-ops. The whole thing got so out of control and violent that I think it would be fair to classify it as a kind of minor riot.

I never see it gone over anymore, but the on-scene videos after the first day are nuts. I specifically remember one BLM protestor acting tough towards a guy who was clearly a skin-head with lighting bolts tattooed on his body, and after talking shit at each other, the skin head just pulled a gun and fired a round into the ground in front of the BLM activist. They then yelled at each other and walked off.

That's when I realized "Oh, they fucked up". As in, the Left and the Government fucked up very badly, because it's not the Pat Buchannan fans, or the Jared Taylor fans that showed up. The fucking Aryan Brotherhood showed up. Atomwaffen showed up. The 1%-ers showed up. The actual white supremacists and neo-nazis showed up. The ones with criminal records a mile long showed up. The ones that are all carrying guns despite being convicted felons showed up. Yeah, cancel culture and guilt-shaming is not going to work on those guys. That's why the Left over-reacted to the event. They had no idea who or what they were dealing with, and once they understood that it was people who would have no issue murdering them in cold blood, they decided that they had to flood the zone with everyone they could muster.

Then, of course, we got Richard Spencer's "Red Skull" speech. That was entertaining.

Snuck up on the Right too. I was loitering around T_D and a bunch of other right wing places at that time, and its existence basically went from 0 to a massive event within a night without anyone knowing anyone going or even what it was about. This was a time where people were still very suspicious of manipulation so the general agreement was "this is a trap of some kind" and nobody was interested.

Lo and behold it gets a massive turnout of nearly identical looking men with incredibly suspiciously coordinated outfits and tikitorches and still creased flags Nazi flags.

It probably was manned almost entirely by the actual Neo-Nazi type groups of America recruited in the underground forums, because little of the "mainstream" right was dumb enough to fall for it, but most of those groups are Fed controlled and manned themselves to begin with.

Regardless of how real or faked it actually was, I don't think it blindsided them. They were on the ground and ready for the slightest abuseable moment for their cause, and the only thing that hurt them was how bad the optics were on nearly every "major" incident. Which is why they had to settle for the car one, that barely holds up to most people once you look at it even once.

That was only the first night, and a bunch of those people were genuine. It was a big propaganda stunt. The videos from the Left at the time were shocked because maybe 10 of them were down there to argue about Lee's statue, and they thought they were going to disrupt something. They were the ones who got disrupted. The tiki marchers had people that were protecting them, including one fat, ugly, woman who was basically screaming about "niggers" and "kikes" to anyone who approached the marchers.

This is in the middle of the fight about whether "alt-right" was a White Nationalist term under the Spencer faction, or whether it was a Populist Right term under Milo's faction. Charlottesville basically sealed the deal that it was going to be WN term going forward, and the Left was pushing it with them.

if it was a FedOp, I think it got wildly out of control because the last people you want to actually have show up are the prison gang members who will actually kill random people and police officers, and will enjoy going back to prison.

The Left absolutely used it to their advantage, but I think they were looking for the standard: random masked dude with a confederate flag shows up to a Trump rally. Having a dude that looks like he walked out of the set of American History X shooting at a black guy is sub-par.

The whole 'car ran over a woman' thing is weird. I need to see the actual case presented to the jury, and the autopsy of her injuries. I saw the video too, and it doesn't look like she's even near the car... but if she wasn't hit how the fuck did she die?
