TBH I don't really trust anything either side says about the conflict so far and there's really no concern from me so long as the US isn't drawn into the conflict (any more than we already are).
At a practical level, smuggling drones into a country as big as Iran sounds like an easy task if you have access to the 24/7 live intel provided by the US military. Drones are small AF and if you have them partially disassembled it'd be really easy to bring them in across some part of the border somewhere. This type of op just takes patience to pull off. I imagine Israel and/or China already has similar ops ready to go inside the US.
