I personally don’t believe that the studios are nearly as eager to replace voice actors with AI to begin with, but what I will say is that I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of voice actors for the Hoyoverse games (Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero) get recast due to their “collective work refusal”, as those games weren’t being struck, but instead SAG-AFTRA decided to finally enforce Global Rule 1 (don’t work on non-union jobs unless you’re trying to turn it into a union job) so people got spooked.
Some voice actors are tired of the bullshit and want to get back to work, others don’t, it’s a whole mess.
Charles Matinet may have admitted he was forced out as the Mario Voice actor, and the Peach actress found out she was fired because they didn't ask her for the new Mario Kart game, or even tell her about it.

Studios will almost certainly replace common and generic NPC voiceovers with AI options. Actual characters, they might be more hesitant to do that on.
