How would you feel about some lefty, which they often do, getting on stage and saying "F- white people and Christians".
We're outraged when they do that.
There's no humor to it, because we rightly see it's their desire to kill white people and Christians under the thin guise of "jokes".
The world has made it known to Jews and Israel it wants them destroyed. You don't think they feel similarly to the way we do when some lefty retard says "F- whites and Christians".
I used to make Jew jokes and still do to a degree, but the feel and temperature is different now and it isn't just a funny thing like how Family Guy would make fun of stereotypes. The temperature of the room is very different.
His frustration I agree with, but I'm against banning jokes.
I think though people who say "F the Jews" and "F whitey and Christians" should be viewed the same way. As bitter, murderous in their heart, hateful people who want to destroy a people and cheer on their demise. Sure let them say it, but people ought to defend the ones on the receiving end, ie; turnabout is fair play, but no one does with Jews. The only ones who defend Jews are an increasingly small amount of Christians who understand the world persecutes the Jews continuously as well as Christians and it will be this way until Christ returns.
This isn't because Jews are saved, they aren't. But the Abrahamic covenant still has Jews in Satan's crosshairs as they will one day repent at the end times and Israel/Jerusalem is the center of all the world history and will be the place Christ reigns from.
At least when white people and Christians are attacked by leftists, there's a litany of people of all races calling out the hypocrisy.
I don't see Jews getting afforded that same luxury. The current right hates the Jews, and the left hates Israel and always sides with "Palestine".
So that's why I think Dave Portnoy would be more apt to feel like legal action needs to happen, because Jews have no defenders pretty much even though I totally disagree with what Dave wants but I understand that he feels helpless. As a Christian, I see even atheists defend us nowadays as even they see the double standard given to Muslims vs Christians.
Who defends Jews?

I also don't get too worried about jokes at our expense because I know the end of the book, Revelation, and I have faith in God, and I know if God is for us, who can be against us.
Jews don't have that promise or hope, so they look to world solutions to their persecution. If Christians had no assurance that God is in control and have no eternal outlook, Christians would very possibly respond similarly to Dave Portnoy here when it comes to the persecution Christians face.
You put yourself in Dave's shoes, but you have to truly put yourself in his shoes. Don't imagine yourself in his perspective. Imagine himself in his perspective. This is a guy who joked that certain women deserve to be raped. This is also a guy who just called ("satirically") for Greta Thunberg to be drone striked. By Dave's reasoning, both of those things arguably stoke more "unrest" than "F the Jews." Women are raped every day, and Western activists have been killed in Palestine before, to say nothing of dozens of Palestinians killed in suspicious circumstances every month.
Dave needs to take everything else that comes out of his mouth into account before he flies off the handle. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. This is why so many Jews are so dislikable. Perhaps deliberately (because they hold themselves as superior), they seem to have no self-awareness.
If you were to truly put yourself in Dave's shoes, you should imagine a scenario in which your Christian denomination was bulldozing homes, carpet bombing children, and to top it all off, enshrining themselves as a protected minority in other people's homelands while doing their level best to demolish those people's self-determination and sense of identity. In such a situation I would be ashamed as a Christian to try to destroy someone's life for letting off some steam about my group. "Pick the log out of your own eye before you pick the splinter out of your brother's eye" comes to mind. The Jews didn't like it when Jesus said that either. I wonder why.
I wouldn't say "F the Jews" for the reasons you outlined. Paul says praising and cursing should not come out of the same mouth.
To how Israel handles the enemies at their gates, I don't understand why they're considered genociders.

When Israel was refounded after WW2, there was a deal drafted that would have actually given "Palestine" a ton of favor, but the Muslims were licking their lips going "we'll destroy them quickly" and refused to take the deal. Once Israel was established, the attacks against Israel started immediately, but what should have been an easy destruction of Israel, they could never destroy them.
But they've been attacking them constantly ever since.
In war, innocents get hurt. When we nuked Hiroshima and Nagasaki, some would call that a genocide. If we're going by the standard that's held to Israel it would be, but war has different rules.
When you are being attacked by terrorists and in retaliation innocents on the other side get harmed, that's war....that's why you don't want war, and it's not a war that Israel started.
Listen to and pay attention to these lyrics from this song written in the 80s. It's as pertinent and true today as it was back then.
I'll say the same thing to you I said to the troll below. If you drop a GBU-31 on a refugee camp to kill one or two Hamas fighters, you are effectively considering the lives of the innocent people in that camp as meaningless.
You can't even make the Hiroshima and Nagasaki arguments in support of the child-killing JDAMs, because both sides recognize that these bombs are not going to make the Palestinians stop fighting the Israelis. There is no such cause. Just pure vengeance or ethnic cleansing.
This is why Israeli propaganda pushes the notion that there are no real innocents in Palestine because every single child has been programmed to kill Jews. If you go with that line of reasoning, and use that to justify slaughtering civilians, then stop crying about a sign.

Weird. With all of the money and effort that Israel puts into foreign aid programs like AIPAC, HIAS etc., I just can’t fathom why this might be.
