Is that not representative of Europe? Unfortunately it is, because Europeans suffer it to happen.

Very far from that. It may be that this individual does mean to say America is bad or whatever, but "what is going on in America?" could potentially be a very appropriate response to this and the many other nonsense carried out by illegals.
