I wasn't disagreeing with you. I was saying that cops are so fearful that they will not use force (deadly or otherwise) on criminals until it's too late. As in, most typically, after the criminal has seized a cop's gun from his hand (or car as was the case for DeShawn Leeth).
No, stop being reductive. There's caution due to a terror campaign, not support for them being disarmed.
