Don't buy it.
This is about buying real estate, or more likely loaning out to people who do, dumping in foreigners to cause a housing crisis and increase the real estate's value. They get cheap labor while their at it as a bonus.
Maybe their all Jews, maybe the aren't, maybe its a mix. Immigrant dumping is about making a buck at the expense of the people who did all the hard work to build and protect a country, and at the expense of their descendants. Always has been.
Even if every single person involved with this decision was purely motivated by profit and greed, the end result is the dissolution if not outright destruction of the nation. In this case, it should absolutely be treated as hostile enemy action. A hostile occupation of Canada would unironically be better because then Canadians would be face to face with the realization they were beaten and occupied, as opposed to this 'abstract' invasion underway that allows for the traitors to largely continue unopposed.
