That term has been making its rounds online for a couple years now. It's mainly used by leftists to play victim and socially stunted assholes to condescend each other.
One thing that's fascinating to me is how sometimes we can steal their phrases like "trigger warning" and they stop using them, but other times it completely fails.
Maybe because it puts their toxic insane ideology on display for the rest of the world to see. These people don't care if they're hypocrites unless it hurts their end goals.
