In the case I actually get Dracula, I'd appoint him as the minister of offense before commencing war against NATO.
you can't really go wrong with any popular tourist destinations, or plain just booking the highest up in the mountains hotel you can find and planning to enjoy a bit of nature.
gypsy villages are easy to avoid, as are whatever "bad neighborhoods" might be on your route, although they generally don't compare to true no-go zones anyway.
