Black women who never accomplished anything in their lives except accusing people of racism and using shaming tactics to stave off the imposter effect for one more day lost 38,000 jobs.
Maybe now they'll accept they need to get married. If black men will put up with them.
Imposter syndrome is one of the funniest self-reports in existence.
“Everything about my experience here points to a high probability that I am not competent or smart enough to be here. How do I cope with this awful feeling?”
“It’s probably just some kind of psychological issue. Have you tried declaring all standards and expectations to be oppressive tools of the white patriarchy?”
Nah, every time I've started to feel something like "imposter syndrome" is was because I was legit starting to wade into something over my head and I needed to git gud or die trying. Every time. Never been wrong assuming my "imposter syndrome" was exactly right telling me not to be confident in my abilities, but that's not how the term is used. Its typically "I went to college for a BS in Blablah and now I'm an expert from graduation day till retirement."

In fairness, you can get imposter syndrome if you have been taught to not have confidence in your own abilities.

Well that's for you. There are going to be people who have been systematically taught to underestimate themselves, likely as a result of abuse.
