Banal evil. Gray evil. Almost non-offensive evil. "It has always happened, why are you upset?" evil.
And that is what makes it so vile.
Satan's greatest deception was getting you to believe he wasn't real.
It's also what makes the level of their atrocities so extreme. The point is to making the evil as inoffensive as possible until your directing people into "shower rooms", or explaining that child prostitution are a choice to the parent.
If you have an issue with this response, please register your complaint to the correct departmental authority.
Honestly, I think most of the people he mentioned belong in "shower rooms". Moustache Man was definitely right about the LGBT.

It appears banal, gray, and non-offensive, but if you're paying attention, it's fucking very clear what it is.
I'm not trying to say I'm some authority on the matter but, for what it's worth, I don't call something evil unless it's really striking that chord for me.

I misunderstood your capital "E" Evil, though I agree which is why I called the actions on display a vile evil.
I should have used insidious instead. A slow, creeping corruption of what was once sacred, but not an obvious inversion of Good to Evil.
