I see it a lot from "right wing" married men who try to shame manosphere guys into adopting that lifestyle as part of their crabs in a bucket mentality. They're trying to convince themselves above all else. Which makes sense since they're more likely to be checking out Tyrone with their wives than the other way around.
It's happily married men who are trying to convince themselves that they're better than genetic dead ends with literally no purpose in life but to consume resources and then turn to dust.
