Failing to pass tort reform, and thereby ensure that frivolous lawsuits could be harshly punished, was the biggest failure of the 90s. I'd argue even worse than NAFTA.
Why do they not already have one? They've been sued before. Not like it could never happen again.
I know nothing about this. But I know a bit about human nature.
If it's the truth, then it's not defamation. If you so easily spoke about something to someone you barely knew, you wanted to tell others.
It's just lawfare. The process is the punishment
